Default Window Problem

I own a 1984 coupe, and I have been working on it,just the other day my electric windows wouldnt work,so I checked the manual and it says that the windows are protected by a circut breaker, which are located on the fuse block,I checked but cant find anything that resembles a breaker, would anyone know where they are located. Please advise
Thank You Wayne

On my 86, the breakers are all down the right side of panel. Metal housing.

They are self re-setting. Pull the breaker and test for continuity between the terminals, and there should be 12v on one of the two block terminals, with ignition on.

Hey Agent I looked on my fuse block and their is nothing to pull, could their have been something there and fell out. I can see the brass clips when I look in there,it looks like I could stick a regular fuse right in there, wish I could explain it better, this is my first vette When I look into where the breaker should be it looks just like the other circuts,Maybe its just me,should there be something in there to connect
one side to the other. Thanks
