It won't work. The pinion diameter is different on the Corvette.
C4 manual trans 85-96 and vapors use a crossbred D44/D60 with the D60 pinion shaft...an industrial bearing supply house can do a small bit of research and provide readily available bearings to install the truck D44 pinion, the truck d/s yoke and seal fit the vette case (BTDT)

I wanted to use the information from the OP's GC for an example after a check of his build BUT in a "general response" for some GC builds yes the "ring and pinion gear set is a fit". The D44HD is used in some ZJ builds. One of the most popular gear sets for the D44HD "Vette/Viper" is an OE build for the ZJ.
The gear set 707381-4X is a 3.73 from a Dana build 605735-2, 605962-2 (trac-lok) and 605735-3, 605962-3 (open).
There's a less popular 707381-3X which is a 3.55 that will do also.
Is the OP's a FIT? I don't know and I asked for information to confirm before I just "tossed BS information" out there.
