My 95 turns over very slowly to start, battery is fully charged, will start

I'd test the battery voltage while cranking to see if it drops. Then check the contacts and connnections at the starter.

Supply more information for the best answers. Does it run good once you get it started?

Okay, it runs great once started - you still need to check the battery voltage while cranking. A battery can have a full charge, but not have much cranking power. Often, when a battery is near the end of its useful life it will give the symptom of slow cranking. When any of my cars has a battery that is 4 or 5 or more years old and it starts cranking slowly - I replace the battery. A good shop will load test the battery. !2 volts by itself is not enough if the cranking amps are low - you need both for good starting performance.

How old is your battery? Alternatively what is the date code on the battery?

If you have done everything as stated above and the battery is good, then you might just have a tired starter that needs replacement.
