super ram/ 4+3 TV cable problem
Anyone have trouble adjusting their TV cable after installing a super ram? I'va adjusted it as far up as I can get it to go and it still wont kick in the OD unless I have pressure on the throttle...I'm thinking of putting a throttle cable stop on to alleviate this problem unless anyone has a better idea...Thanks in advance!

Hi Mark, I don't have a superram, but I did accidentally yank my TV cable out of my trans., which is a worst case scenario. It will still kick down through electrical means, it is more rough, like a shift kit. And I do have to hit the hammer hard for it to kick down, but it seems like the same as when the cable was attached. I plugged the hole into the OD unit and am just driving it like it is, understanding the OD unit may conk out on me some time unless I reinstall it. I've been told by forum members I can do it by just dropping the OD pan, which was done a few years ago when changing the filter/fluid, but I never looked at its point of attachment as it was attached then and not an issue.
