You shorten (remove) the rubber pads in the middle part, and the aluminum spacers to compensate. New wedges go against the frame rail between the spring and rails.

however the front doesn't look any lower than it was before you started. :confused:
I made the mistake of putting in the Mid America lowering blocks. It made it 1/2" lower than stock which wasn't good enough for me so I went back in and removed it. Look at this picture:
