since you have the low temp thermostat, i would probably change the
temp the fans turn on. you should try to get a scanning software( DAtamaster) to see how your car is really running before doing anything else.

I am going to dl datamaster and do the scans, probably sometime next week. First I have to clean all my plugs, and see if they are all black b/c my car is running really rich right now.

Yes, definitely run Datamaster.. post a couple of logs if you can and we can all give you tips.
Yes, make sure your plugs are good. I'm about to change mine because I think it's causing my vibration problem.
