Those are non-emission. (Surfer92 is right, it is listed in the footnotes -- item #1)

These are the emissions-equipped version:

It's a reasonable question -- considering the exhaust ports on early and later L98's are probably different. However, the bolt config for attachment is the same. I don't recall anyone complaining that the Elites didn't "cover" their exhaust ports. Which means that, even though D-ports might be slightly higher than iron heads, the cutout in the flange is tall enough to cover either head opening.

Plus, the application listing includes your year.

If you do a search on Hedman Elites, I'd be surprised if you couldn't find someone installing a set on your year car. They have been VERY popular and successful.

Im not trying to get you guys to research for me, I am about to search the forums to see who and what year they were used on.

Thanks for the input guys. Will post information if I find out.

Have a good & safe weekend.

You can get headers that fit your car for 165.00...they are not tuned but they are an improvement.

I think the only difference in the ones you are after is the coating. At @ 450.00 they are either 300.00 more than the cheepies, or three hundred less than the expensive models.

There are other companies that make headers for C4's.

Why spend three hundred for just a coating. You could either buy the Cheepies, paint them the color you want, and save for a good coated set of tuned headers or save a bit longer and get the good tuned set from the get-go...I chose option 1 as I am building a new engine and most manufacturers recommend against using coated headers during the break in. I'll get the good ones and true duals after that.

I gave you all 7 headers that fit your car and there is a description next to each one, the number you posted is not there, because it does not fit!!!
Different heads have different port angles and ports, that is why it does not fit.
