Default Circuit identification - 92 vert

I'm in the process of buying a FSM from another member but have an immediate problem that requires forum help. I was troubleshooting why the rear switch that opens the convertible hatch wasn't working while the one in the center console was. I pulled back the carpet and padding on the right side of the car only to find an electrical connector marinading in a pool of water (see pics below). I have two wires that have completely broken from the connector and suspect that several more may now not be making an electrical connection due to handling the connector.

Could someone with an electrical diagram identify these circuits? When my wife gets home I'll be doing an inspection of the lights and such but would like to know the functions of the circuits, especially the two broken wires (indicated with a question mark).

Although I'll be searching for a source of OEM style connectors immediately after posting this, can anyone recommend a source? Maybe watertight connectors?

Cavity - Wire color
A - BLK
B - BRN
C - DK GRN
D - VIO
E - n/c
F - LT GRN
G - WHI (?)
H - YEL
--------------------
J - BLU
K - n/c
L - n/c
M - LT GRN
N - n/c
P - ORN (?)
R - GRA

There's not a pin-out for that connector, but both the orange and white wire are for the spare tire light...if I've read the wiring diagrams right!

Thanks Bill. That explains why the car passed inspection. All the important lights are still working.

I found a 16 position sealed connector at Mouser Electronics and will place an order tomorrow. I'll try to document the replacement.

I figured I'd look for the rest. This is the first time I've tried to figure out the '92 wiring diagram. It sure is a lot more complicated than the earlier cars! Hope I never need it for my '92.

Black - ground
Brown - running lights
Dark Green - RH stop/turn
Violet - fuel tank
Light Green - back-up
White - spare tire light
Yellow - LH stop/turn
Blue - Center stop
Orange - spare tire light
Gray - fuel pump

Thanks a bunch!

Does your diagram indicate the gauge of the wire? The male terminals available for the replacement connector I have my eye on can accommodate wire sizes .75 - 1.0 mm2. I found out here that this means 18 - 16 gauge. There are a couple of different sized wires in the connector. The largest appear to be 16 gauge but I'm just taking a guess. If they are larger, I have to find a different connector that has larger terminals available.

Bill, you can disregard the last request. I found some additional terminals on the data sheet that are for 14 - 12 gauge wire. I'm going to order two different terminals to cover all wire sizes.

Thanks again for taking the time to look up the circuits.
