What it boils down to is that my BLMs bottom out when CCP duty cycle goes above 10%. I found this out when trying to create my VE vs. MAP/RPM lower tables. There is a huge gouge that is cut out at about 60-70 kPa and RPMs over 1100. Well, the problem is that since I am travelling 200 miles (hopefully today), that is a location I will be in quite often.
I can do a couple things. 1 is to fudge with the VE table (like I had unknowingly done in the past) so that my BLMs come back up to 128. This would require a bastardized VE table. 2 is to disable CCP. I have mixed thoughts of my own with just disabling the purge control considering all vapor lines will still be hooked up.
Hmmm, the blms bottom? Doesn't the int go down first? I'm just thinking the int should temporarily go down with the cannister purge but shouldn't stay down far/long enough to drag the blm that far down. Try disabling the cp as a test-if the blms and int stay near 128 then I'd take a look at the lines from the cannister-do they have raw fuel in them? I've noticed the int dip a bit with cp at about 50% but thats about it! I have had the vent ball in the tank stick and let fuel through from slosh.
