APC H4 Icy Hot 60/65w = $12
or
APC H4 Plasma 90/100w = $35
I already have the #885 foglights aswell as I'll be having some blue(white) parking (#1157) bulbs. I don't want to be completely blinding every driver, but I do want to have a decent amount of light. I'm thinking about just getting the 60/65w's for now, because I'm already spending $70 for the conversion kit.
90/100w.. I've got the blue 55/60's and they are nice, but I'm going with the 90/100's soon. You won't blind other drivers as long as the lights are aimed correctly.
Careful there, are you sure the stock wiring can handle the extra current? I don't know the answer, but it can be a fire hazard if the wiring is not sufficient.
BTW, here's some good reading for anyone interested in headlights: http://lighting.mbz.org
I agree. You want to think about the wiring before using the higher wattage bulbs. I use the Sylvania 12 volts, 60/55 watt Halogen XtraVision 9003 XV bulbs. They cost $12.99 each and are available at most auto stores. Sylvania also sells a "Cool Blue" version if you're into that. BTW, the H4 bulbs and the 9003 bulbs are the same. The brightness is great and my field of vision is much better than stock.

I have been running the APC Xenon Plasma H4 90/100 bulbs for many many months now with no issues whatsoever. I had 1 issue that was because the 15 year old harness got corroded and loss the connection to ground causing a meltdown of the harness plus. I replaced the plug and all has been fine again. :)
P.S.
The APC bulbs put out the equivalent of 130 watts of light in high beam mode thanks to being charged with Xenon Gas.
