Default Hood Emblem

I got a new hood emblem for my '93 when I got my weatherstripping from Jeff Kopp, and I understood that I reuse the screws that are holding on the existing emblem. The new emblem doesn't have any screw holes, the back of it is just sticky. Anyone else seen one that just sticks on and doesn't screw on? Thanks!

Just got one from GM. It sticks on with double tape just like yours.

The hood emblem should have two posts on the backside of it that are not threaded. The nuts that you took off of your old one are self-tapping nuts, and will cut their way onto the new emblem. :)

Ahhh!! That makes sense. I knew it couldn't be THAT easy.
