Everything I have ever read on these Dual Mass Flywheel, they can can/should not be turned.

Could depend on how many miles you have on it and how it was driven,(Raced or Hwy Miles etc.)
Inspect it for excessive play and oil leakage.Let us know the condition and possibly we can make recommendations. You might be able to just re-use it as is.
When I had my motor out, the machine shop decided to turn mine, even though I had not asked for it- so far, seems fine.
That said, I'd inspect and see if it needs it or not. And if it does, call around and ask specifically about it -- I've heard that some have developed specific fixturing to deal with the dual-mass units. Keep in mind that these are also used on other vehicles too (like diesel pickups) so it's not just a corvette thing, and not exactly an exotic request.
well i got the flywheel off tonight , and im not really sure what to look for as far as ware. but it doesnt look bad . no oil leakage at all on it rear main still good , so when these things get worn out badly what do they look like ? not much of a groove in this thing at all

In the FSM there is a procedure for checking the internal springs.
Outer disk move relative to inner disk - shoot a while back someone posted a link to a video that shows one in operation. Really cool looking.
