Default Upgrades and Chip program question

Getting ready to do some upgrades and looking for some direction. I have a stock L98 in my 85 Vette (4+3) . Motor has good compression and not alot of miles. While I save for a Stroker setup I plan on doing a few mods to my motor for now.
1) World Products Torquer heads 2.20/160 76cc comb. chamber and 170 intake ports
2) 1.6 roller rockers ( probably only on exhaust side to aid port efficiency)
3)SLP Big mouth intake ( mild port work)
4)Arizona Marine Big tube Street Runners ( some of the lightest runners Ive ever seen) exstensively ported/siamesed
5) Ported/simesed plenum and 52 mm TB
6) have 24# injectors /might go to 26# and AFPR.
Question is do I need a custom chip tune /By who( 2 questions) ,or would a wideband O2 set up work for mild bolt-ons. Not making cam /timing changes ,would the computer make the necc. fuel changes to match increased airflo and create prop air/fuel ratio?
Any input and name/ price of good tuner . I got a quote of 450 to dyno and program chip .

IMHO... Air flow Starts with the camshaft (and, well, with Compression..). If you are staying with the OEM cam you aren't really doing anything to the motor, most of the money on heads, intake and etc, is wasted.

So, Yes, the stock chip will be fine. Nothing there will need to change.

The L98 cam is a decent cam with poor lungs(heads) these better heads with added rocker lift and larger intake set-up, which I dont think is a waste of money, is gonna need a chip tune . Does any body know a good place for a chip tune

You think?
Wimpy comes to mind
1985-1986 L98:
Duration @ 0.050 202/206 Lift with 1.5 R 403/415

Putting in a stock LT1 cam ( free in some places ) would get you more lift than 1.6 rockers and give some upper end breathing
93-95 LT1 202/207 @ 0.050" .450"/.460" Lift

1.6 roller rockers
See above, waste of $$ considering you can get more lift with a cheap cam change
52 mm TB
Waste of $$ ; not needed
have 24# injectors /might go to 26# and AFPR.
Waste also; plenty running 383's on 24lb
Question is do I need a custom chip tune
Straight up a injector change will require a new tune because it will run rich across the board with larger injectors.
MAF will self compensate for increased airflow but new tune recommended to get best from new combo.

would a wideband O2 set up work for mild bolt-ons.
WB is only a feedback device gives you accurate indication of fueling; still need some means of adjusting tune
Any input and name/ price of good tuner .
Very little support out there from tuners for one year only '85 computer. Many upgrade to well supported '165 computer from the 86 - 89 MAF cars
Could try PCM forless
