Distributor Cap wire ring ?
What is the purpose of the distributor cap wire ring? Seems like the idea was to allow you to remove the distributor cap without removing all the plug wires first. My problem is that my wires were always so tight that I could not get the cap off without first removing the wires. AM I MISSING SOMETHING?
Also, whats the easiest way to insert the plug wires into the ring? Does grease help or do you just force the wires into the holes?
