power antenna
Hi everyone!
I am in need of help with my power antenna. I took out the original assembly and had to drill out the four rivets holding the cover on to access the broken spline. unfortunately, the internal parts came flying out and I did my best to reinstall them properly. Obviously I didn't. With the radio off now the antenna is retracted. When I turn the radio on the antenna doesn't move. Radio off, it goes up about 5 inches. Does anyone have a schematic of what the internal workings of the gears and such looks like?

wow thats crazy. Sounds like you have reversed the wires of the power motor. If you put a +12v on a -12v side and -12v on the +12v the motor will run backwards. Flip the wires around and it should fix the issue. But it only going up 5 or so inches says something is also not right.
