Inconsistent Tach readout
After my rebuild, my tach seems to be flaky. Running thru the gears at normal speed, it works fine, but at WOT the tach seems to lose its position and drops way off or goes to zero until the RPMs of the motor come back down. The motor is a 383 , it was a 383 before the rebuild with no major changes, could it be a bad contact in the distributor? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. :confused:
