Today while i was taken pics of my son in the vette my Radiator busted!
So i quickly pulled it around back removeing everything so i could see it.
Started the car let it get up to temp seems at about 200f it comes out under pressue where the Plastic meets the Alum so its shot!
Then i noticed the engine oil cooler infront of the radiator and the fan had a hornets nest on it "with no hornets" Meaning it hasen't worked in a long long time!
How do a trouble shoot this fan and where do i get the replacements if it's bad?
Need to fix fast due the car being for sale/ trade.

Do you mean the auxiliary (pusher) cooling fan? I never heard of a "oil cooler fan". If so it is controlled by a sender/switch between plugs 1 and 3 on the drivers side. Check power to fan and wiring to sending unit and relay. Fan comes on at 236*.

Ah maybe that's why it has a nest there the car has never got past 229F so it never runs stil be nice to have it cut on at lower temps to help out the other fan.
Thanks a bunch!

You can get a switch with lower on / off temps. Mine turns on at about 200* so it comes on before the main fan. Costs about $15 and takes about 10 minutes to change.
