Head Bolts, how many?
How many head bolts are there on an 87 L98 motor? I could go look it up, or go LOOK. But I'm just too lazy. :lol: Taking the heads off is easy right? Just unbolt the intake and then accesories and pull off the heads right?

17 per side I think, anyone?? That's it in a nutshell, though some of the stuff you have to remove can be really annoying to get off. Then all ya gotta do is remember where everything went and not have too many left over. :D
