How hard is it to change Valve spring in a 95 LT-1

Maybe I am wrong, but I don't think it is possible to change the springs without taking the cylinder heads off, so in this case it would involve a lot of labor unless you were planning on doing some head work already? Then it is quite easy. I don't think it would take a mechanic more than an hour once they were off the motor though.

There is the old air fitting into the cylinder thing using a steady hand and the proper tool. Also, you just stick some rope into the spark plug hole of the cylinder you are working on and then rotate engine to bring that cylinder up so that the piston pushes against the valves. Use spring compressor to remove retainer and do the swap. No head removal required. :seeya

You can also hook up an air compressor to the cylinder through the sparkplug hole. I'm not sure what kind of PSI you need to keep the valves up, but I'd just put 120+ in there and you'd be fine. Just don't push the valves down too hard with the locks undone.
