Seriously,
I have the drive line out of the car. Bellhousing, Clutch, Tranny C-Beam and Drive shaft are out! I have a clear & clean transmission tunnel.
I run Jet-Hot coated long tube headers on this car and it can get warm at times along the tranny tunnel. Thinking about insulating the transmission tunnel from below. Anyone ever done this. I don't really have the cash to buy the high dollar ceramic spray to coat it. However I do have two rolls of stick on foil that I got from Summit. The car is not a daily driver but I do worry about this stuff becoming detached due to moisture and humidity.
Suggestions?
