1992 A/C problem
This has happened before and it was usually low refrigerant, so I recharged the system, pulled the fuses and fired it back up and still blowing hot air.
I drained the system of refrigerant, recharged again, and the light on the a/c system blinked at me indicating a problem, more hot air began blowing. I checked the codes in the system, and getting 00 meaning no issues.
I pulled the battery cable for a few minutes and the a/c came backon when the car was on idle.
Thought i fixed the problem, when I began driving the car, it had a slight hesitation, as I began accelerating, more hesitation, then light began blinking again and hot air came back on.
when the a/c went out, the hesitation problem went away.
Can anyone help me diagnose this. I am not sure if my problem is in the ac or the ecm components, especially the perfromance chip?
Perhaps even something else. Just too dang hot not to have air.
Thanks in advance
