I slid in a bit of gravel this morning while stopping at a stop sign, abs kicked in pedal fell to the floor, brakes in front locked uo and would not release. pedal has always been hard, had car 2 weeks want to pull abs fuse to see if brakes get better. i managed to unlock the fronts by workin g the brake pedal rapidly an d they finally released. any odeas and where is the fuse?
I don't have a 90 or know for sure where it is but on the 92 there is a fuse panel behind the battery that has large fuses in it. You have to remove the battery covering pbody panel to get to it. One of them is the ABS/ASR. I suspect that 90 has the fuse in the same area if not the exact same setup.
I have a 90! the only fuses i know of are at the end of the pass side dash! open the door and you can see a little door!
I am in Oz so don't know a lot about Vette's, learning tho
Also there are about 6 under the pass side dash, but are hard to see or get too! Can't remember what they are though!
My ABS is stuffed too! light comes on!
Hope this helps dude!
Well I have a 96 so can't talk about a 90...odd no one has answered yet...but check the compartment behind your set which is where the ABS module is located anyways. There may be a fuse there too. My 96 has a 20A fuse there, but that maybe just for the RTD module.

1992 - FSM shows the battery power coming from fusible link "J" located behind the battery. With two large gauge red wires going to the Modulator Control Valve pins 6 and 12 in the ABS/ASR compartment behind the drivers seat. I disconnected the fusible link from the rest, labeled it and tied it off out of the way. No more ABS or ASR issues while driving, the DIC warning lights will now illuminate immediately after startup.
