A/C Blowing Ambient Temp
Looks like my roommate's LT4 has an A/C problem...
It is blowing what I would call close to ambient temperature. I suppose the first question would be: is it charged with freon?
The thing is, last July the WHOLE system was replaced (~$3000)
all with new AC Delco parts...I am talking compressor, condenser, ALL the plumbing, orifice tube, etc.
Thoughts?

Check to see of the compressor is engaging. Push in one of the valves to see if there is freon in the system.
I know on my 90 there is a procedure to let the system do a self check. Bet yours has something similar.
But sounds like no freon without us having more info.

Is the system throwing any codes?

It may be something as simple as low refrigerant (R-12 freon).
