Default Power mirrors wiring?

Hey everyone

So I got an '85 Corvette (my first one) about a month ago. The interior needs some fixing up, mostly electrical stuff (and changing the carpets). I already posted on here before asking about power seats, but here's another problem altogether:

Power mirrors never worked. The selector switch (left/right) was broken when I bought the car so I assumed once I changed it the power mirrors would work. Well I replaced the switch but power mirrors still don't work.

Then I took the door panel off to discover the power mirror wires were cut. I connected the wiring again (only on the left door so far), and it still doesn't work.

First, does anybody have the wiring diagram/schematics for the power mirrors? I would like to know which color wires at the mirror are for what (specifically which one is the power wire). I thought I knew which one was the power wire, so I wired it right to the battery (temporarily) to see what would happen, and then my rear defroster turned on. so perhaps that wire is for the heated mirrors?

If anybody can give me the wiring schematics for the mirrors that would be great. any other suggestions would be great too. thanks
