I have been told that C5's internally reprogram based on the the last "X" sample of driving use. I.E. the harder you drive a C5, the more aggressively it programs itself. (I assume that this is a fact, but maybe I've been ill advised).
My question (based on the assumption those C5 facts are accurate) is; does my 96 LT4 follow that same operating method. And if so, how long is the driving sample that the computer uses to reset, and to what degree can the 96 system actually reconfigure? Thanks. Cire96
I believe all of our computers have the learning capabilities. Their extent varies however. The newer OBD-II stuff I think can learn more than the old OBD-I. I know that it logs and records all kinds of information (OBD-II).
