Valve cover emblem
Whats a good glue to re-attach my vavle cover emblem to the valve cover? I want it to stay on there.

Bazoka Joe gum...
No, use epoxy. There are different kinds, buy the one for plastic/high temperatures. I used one that comes with the two-injection method, you mix it, apply and it's dry in 5 minutes. That stuff is GOOD!!

I used inexpensive Epoxy from Harbor Freight on mine. Been on for 6-7 months and seems to be ok.

For the L98's stock aluminum/magnesium covers and a metal emblem I used JBWeld to bond the 2 pieces.....been a over a year now and that puppy is still stuck on there good-n-tight.

IIRC the factory emblems on my 92 had two sided tape. The replacements I put on came with two sided tape as well.
No problems with either set coming loose.

Like others have said, JBWeld. Scuff up the mating surfaces to give the epoxy something to bite into......
