HI, can any one help??? 1989 vet that starts, drives for about 1-2 mins then stalls out, new fuel pump, new fuel line with new fuel filter, getting good spark, will start after about an hour, then does exact same thing.
If your injectors are stock Multecs, OHM test them(cold then hot), should be around 16-17 ohms. If they are any with low resistance, they could be knocking out the ECM's injector drivers.
The ignition module could also be a suspect.

Have you checked fuel pressure at the rail? If so what is it doing. Does it stall out while idling after a cold start? What is your coolant temp when it starts to stall?
installed new ignition module, does same thing, seems like its flooding itself out, also found that after car idled for a min then stalled out, that the drivers side header was not nearly as hot as the passanger side header.
Inj fuses are in the fuse block, use an ohmeter, it has better eyes than you do. Pull error codes and perform diagnosis for any codes from your electrical service manual. Measure the fuel pressure, it should be 35-42 psi and after the ign is off, pressure should hold up for a long time or you have leaky injectors or defective check valve in the fuel pressure regulator. You can check for injector pulses with a noid light (available at parts stores), or you can make your own with an LED (light emitting diode) and a series 680 ohm resistor. You unplug an injector and connect the light to the harness plug, it should pulse with the engine running or cranking. The homemade light must be connected with the proper polarity to the injector plug. D.C. ohms will only find gross injector coil failures, you really need an impedance bridge which measures the inductance and the Q of the coil. You might have a defective spark coil, bring a grounded wire to the boot of an unplugged spark plug while someone cranks a few revs, you should have a snappy at least 1/2 inch spark. If when it quits and won't immediately restart, spray some starter fluid into the MAF and if it starts, you have a fuel problem.
im pretty sure its a fuel problem, today i replaced the coolant temp sensor & pigtail, pigtail had little rust inside, didnt fix the problem, i did notice now when i turn over the fan turns on right away, going to measure the fuel pressure tomorrow & replace the fuel pressure regulator.
