Sure, you can get rubber sway bar end links. Rubber bushing rear control arms, but you have to buy the entire control arm. Corvette Recycling has some. And I'd say you could get rubber for the rear sway bar. Not sure on the bushings in the batwing.

There may be others that can help.
But for now poly is the most reasonably priced and is not all that harsh.
Properly inflated tires and good shocks are a more determining factor.
Anyways its a Corvette, not a Cadillac.

The one good thing about the poly is like with the end links. You don't have to press them in with a press like you would with rubber bushings. So, easier to install.
