Actually, you did a really good job. I know how hard it is to polish valve covers and such especially when it has knicks and surface imperfections.
Valve covers look great. Now all you have to do is paint the CORVETTE letters on the fuel rail covers. I used a paper match stick and went slow and the paint just filled in the letter indents.
Lookn good:cool: ...wasnt making fun of you. I was just shocked at why my A drive went 'buzz'. Thought my pc was going out on me since I dont use the A drive. Looks like you also painted the indentions on the VC, correct?
Yea I told mike he was a Dumb behind for the whole A drive thing. In the first pic the covers were just hit with some 600 grit and I still had some sanding to do before i could polish them the second pick they were wet sanded with 1500 grit then polished with eagle one. And yes i did paint the indentions black, thye were going to be red but i thought that would be tooo ricey so i just did them black!!
EVEN though I DIDNT need it you could have been more help instead of making fun of me!!!
Try not to let comments like that get to you, they are made all the time and it becomse second nature and soon you will be doing it too. It is all in fun. :D
Almost forgot, nice valve covers. Keep up the good work.
