88 idle question ?

88 idle question ?
can someone let me know what the idle speed should be at normal.
i have a 88 l98 with cam , ported heads, no emission crap, full exaust, hypertech chip
iv noticed my idle in park is around 11 or 12 when i first start the car, after about a min it drops to about 7 or 8.
when car is in gear, idle is around 5 to 7.
does my idle sounds about right to yall, thanks

well i noticed today after putting in the thermorunner hypertech chip, that when i come to a stop while driving, the idle will now drop down to 5 for a brief second like it wants to die, it did not do that before the chip, i had also replaced the spark plugs with ngk g powers.
so i was unsure if i need to turn the idle up or not

-- dont know the cam i bought it with cam all ready in it, receipts just say cam from back in 1990
