HID Fogs (Again)....
Ok guys what am I doing wrong here… I have one of the fog light kits from Corvette HID for our 89. Here is the problem I am having when the car is off only the drivers side will light when it is running only the passenger side will light. I have attempted to call the vendor numerous times and have not received anything along with email them and still I have heard nothing. I have swapped the ballasts out and the issue is the same. Anyone have any ideas?

I had the same problem.
I found that if you start the engine and have it running, the other light will light.
I should say, the other light will light for a while! A couple of weeks after I installed his stuff, that same light would no longer light even with the engine running. I eventually was able to contact him and he made good and sent me a new transformer (or whatever you call it) and it works fine now.
But yes, even with the new transformer, both will only light with the engine running.
