reading codes?

reading codes?
having gotten a check engin soon light come on during highway driving and more offen with the air on and also a little rough idle I used the paper clip method between 4 an 12 on my 95 LT1 auto this is what i came up with. what do they mean thank you

C12 means your computer is communicating properly
H64 means that at some point the right bank 02 sensor was reporting a lean condition. It is a history code. You can clear the codes and see if it comes back.
Afraid I have no idea about the other numbers it is giving you.

would this cause the check engine soon light at highway speeds after 20 minutes and a rough idle ? the code is H64 is the H (History) because the engine is off?
