Default running rich
hi i have a1989 corvette and it is running rich. i replaced the o2 sensor and the coolant temp sensor and i am still getting a code 13 and 45 and ideas what the problem might be

Check fuel pressure while running, see if it holds pressure when engine is off. If not holding, check the regulator hose for gas. Injectors might be leaking down too.
Clean maf sensor, check ground connections, & general tune up parts.
