Just finished my motor and was wondering who to use for PCM tunning. From what I have read and researched, PCMforless and Fastchip (Ed Wright) seem like good choices. Can you guys let me know your oppinions good or bad. Were your tunes so good that Dyno tunning wasn't necesary later on ?
PCMforless = $209 (stroker)
They send a new chip you keep your old. May be worth the extra to have a spare for troubleshooting or somthing ?
Im having (mseven) Mick Stevens do my tuning for my new 383. I datalog, send him the file and he burns me a new chip about once every week . I can't imagine anyone giving any more personal service or doing a more accurate tune then Mick is doing..Every time I get a new chip I know my car is going to run better then the last time. This is the only way to get an accurate tune other then a dynotune..Many on here have used Mick and praise his work....WW
