I loosen the tensioner bolt and nothing happened. I feel like it is about to come off.
I thought that this was going to be easy, but as normal i was wrong.
what do i do?
i am assuming that you are trying to remove the serpentine belt?
Don't loosen the bolt. You need a tensioner tool which is a long thin handled tool with a socket connector at the end. This allows you to lift the tensioner pulley, using leverage, and relieve the pressure off the belt so you can remove the belt.
I had the same problem. First remove the MAF and plastic intakes. Then get an offset, boxed end wrench in the correct size and put it on the tensioner bolt head. Clockwise is to loosen the tension on the belt. then I lifted the belt right off the alternator pulley. Done

IMHO It's quite a bit easier with the tool but you can do it without it.
The pulley on the tensioner kind of pivots out of the way when you pull back on the bolt head on the pulley. That relieves the tension on the belt so you can work it out and replace it. You don't put a wrench or the special tool on the bolt head that holds the tensioner to the accessory bracket, you you put it on the one that is in the center of the pulley. Don't loosen the bolt that goes through the center of the tensioner.
Don't try this until you tighten the tensioner back in place.

I bought the tool because I didn't have a wrench and socket that would the clear the frame rail. It was only like $5 and worth every penny to me. Makes the job almost too easy.
