Previous owner removed AIR system, EGR, and factory exhaust manifolds. Since I have owned it I had the engine pulled and rebuilt. Mods are a LT4 Hotcam, 1.6 roller rocks, head work and headers Too many hands have been on this engine so there is some scrambling of vac hoses and such. I am trying to sort it all out...
I started looking for a reason the cruise Control was not working. Here is what I found
1.) Vacuum line from cruise solenoid was not hooked to a vacuum source on the intake manifold. This should be easy to correct.
2.) Vacuum port on the drivers side of the intake manifold is connected to the vaccum port on the Fuel pressure regulator.
With this system having been modified I am wondering what else might be inccorectly reinstalled.
I need know how these vacuum hoses should be routed. Anyone have pictures of diagrams that could help me?
I am at work now... can't post pictures. I plan to post some pics later of the current vac hose setup.
My son and I have 96s, so our photos probably won't be too helpful since GM loves to change things. I'm thinking PCV hose routing in particular, but there are probably other areas too.
Hopefully someone with your year will help you out.

Thanks Jake, yes the 96 was different. I read on some other sites that it came with fewer bits and pieces. I typically, don't bother people if I can find it in the FSM but I have looked all through the Manuals and can't find a diagram... Hopefully someone knows this info.
This is the best I can offer, it is from my 93. Typically there is a vacuum diagram like this on the radiator shroud that covers the emission hoses under the hood.

That is a start. I found mine on the radiator shroud (Duh!) was just overlooking it as I poured through the FSM. Of course, the vac hoses on my car have been altered. I will be piecing it back to some logical order and in the process hopefully restore the cruise control Does anyone know where to find the OEM type vac tubing? Can't seem to find it at the local Advanced Autoparts.
Sorry I don't. When needed I replace mine with rubber instead of the hard plastic type I think you're referring to.
Jake
Yes, exactly what I thought, can't get them anymore... I do like those hard plastic ones more but I can make due with the rubber aftermarket lines.
BTW: Great avatar. I know you are a proud father! We all appreciate what your son does for the good old USA! IF he ever gets stationed at Ft. Benning he can contact me and I can give him the best local roads to take the Corvette to play on etc..

They may still available somewhere from someone but I decided not to put in the effort to track them down. Maybe someone will chime in with a source.
Thanks and I'll pass along your comments to Ryan. Right now he's at Ft. Lee ikn VA for 4 months of training and will be returning to Ft. Hood in Nov where he's been assigned to the 1st Calvary.
