Ffff coolant leaking

Ffff coolant leaking
So I have a pretty sizable coolant leak coming from the back of my engine and in front of the tranny. Does anybody know if there is a coolant line back there or is my suspicion of a leaky freeze plug probably right. Hmm Maby head gasket.

LT1 has a "steam" tube running back there
IIRC L98 has a propensity for leaks at the rear of the intake

My LT1 doesn't have coolant going through it so I don't have the problem.
