can someone tell me what the byte # is for the AC high pressure sensor in datamaster DA? i'm trying to set up custom data info for my wideband 02 and cant find the byte #, i know it's not 30. any help would be great. thanks
I don't know but, I talked to the datamaster support rep a year ago and he directed me to a 4th gen camaro website. There some guy was having success developing voltage tables through the A/C circuit that translated to W/B ratios. Unfortunately I can't remember what the site was. I guess that makes this reply useless. anyway please post your progress I'd like to know how it turns out.
this may be the guy your talking about, but the byte # is different on my 92 lt1 but the math is all there. i emailed the folks at datamaster about the byte #, just waiting to here back.
i downloaded the the data and it says byte #20 for ac high pressure sensor, but i dont think its right. if i just had the correct byte# for datamaster da i could do this. oh well i'll just wait and see what datamaster says when they answer my email.
1992 corvette lt1 m6 ac pressure in datamaster da is byte#23. it works great.
How did you find the answer "byte#23"??
According to the datastream definition file it should be #20.
I have a 1992 auto. converted to m6. I don't know if there is a difference between auto and m6. Would you know???
i figured it had to be between 20-40 i opened a datalog that had my wideband hooked and started at 20 well it didnt take long. works great and it is the same for auto 92.
After I posted my question I tried exactly what you did, and it works great with byte #23.
Too bad you can't export "custom data" that would make it even better.
