the wheels on my 2008 C6 are stamped "made in taiwan" - go figure... gm doesn't seem to have a problem using frickin' chinese parts, yet i sense you seem to have issues with me buying a chinese wrench -
- now this, i don't get...there's probably is a best buy within a stones throw of those closed plants selling all that foreign made $hit too - them ba$tards!
I too have bought several items at HF....
IMHO Just a sad commentary on the state of the US economy, I guess..
I should not have made the post, this thread is about economical tools used to facilitate changing spark plugs, I have deleted my inappropriate post..

. i fully understand your point of view. i don't make a habit of buying chinese stuff, but sometimes i don't have a choice, or if i need something for a quick and dirty fix. if anyone is to blame on the plant closings, it's our elected officials, big business and corporate management, and one other segment of business. i understand all the "it's a world economy" stuff, but it just seems one-sided. i'm beginning to think the only thing that's still made in america is the little stickers that say "made in china".
