96' Drain Plug Question

Default 96' Drain Plug Question
My 96's Engine Drain Plug has an O'Ring moulded in it for Sealing but my 95' Doesn't. It has the conventional Copper Gasket.Is this OEM in 96'?

The oil drain plug on my '96 looks like this:


It does have the magnetic tip on it like this one. You can't see the rubber seal very good here though.
