I have googled and searched far and wide, and I have yet to come up with a solid answer.

Who knows where this thing is. I have found two relays one that is bolted onto the drivers side front wheel well, and then one that is bolted onto the passenger side firewall.

Any help?

it is on the firewall, right next to the brake booster. The one you mentioned on the wheel well is for the fan

Yep, that's where it is. Firewall, just inboard of the power brake booster.

I hope the wires are not melted away from your connector like mine were. Lucky it hadn't sparked up real bad.
