Help! '93 feels a bit "unbalanced"

Help! '93 feels a bit "unbalanced"
Untill this week she felt like she was running perfect. Had her tuned up about 7 months ago, new Opti, plugs and wires. But the past couple of days she has felt a bitunpowered and unbalanced at higher RPMS. When I hit about 4500, it feels like its just a bit off balance or rough.
The only other thing that I can think of is that when I started it before, it would fire right up (kinda like a real bold start). Now when she gets cranked, it kinda eases into a start. Don't know if related but what the heck....
Just looking for suggestions on what to start looking for!
