Car won't start when warmed up. Fuel pressure 13 psi. New ICM. New fuel filter. No power to injectors(tested with noid light). Will start with starter fluid.
Could my ECM be bad? How can I tell?
What would cause the injectors not to get power but the coil/plugs do?
I had another thread going but it dried up and got no answers.
I really need your help.

Fuel pressure is strange. Fuel pressure is not controlled by the ECM. The ECM controls how long the injectors fire. You could have a bad fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump or stuck injector.
Check the fuses for the injectors. There is a fuse for each bank.

when you turn the key forward before starting, the check engine light should come on. then it should shut off a few seconds after starting.
Then go to the ALDL connector and ground out the check engine light. It should flash code 12 to say it is working. If it does not flash code 12, then the ECM is no good. There is also a code for a bad ECM that it could flash also. Run all the codes and see what codes it gives. It may give another code that could be causing a problem.

Also I am not 100% sure on this, but if there is a problem with the oil pressure, weather it is a bad sensor or wiring problem. may cause the ECM to shut off power to the injectors to save the engine from blowing up.
I cant remember is 84 does that or not.
I do have the factory service manual for the 84 ( and 2 84's) so if you got any questions. I can look into it.
I am assuming that your engine is turning, and not firing when warm.
