Front spring contact with lower control arm pad
I want to lower the front just a bit by removing the rubber pads from the ends of the front spring. What have others used that is thin to keep the spring from direct contact with the lower control arm?

You could use thin nylon peices cut to fit the lower control arm pocket. I did this when I set mine up height adjustable for scaling it, It has 1/2" bolt through each spring end that rides on the top of control arm. I glued the nylon peices on with gorilla glue. I sanded control arm and nylon and clamped them till dry. This works good as the nylon is very slick and would be a very good wear surface for spring to ride on. Good Luck Tim
