I have a TPI set up that has been sitting for a long time. I want to rebuild it, but i found the treads on the fuel rail are messed up. Does anybody know what tap I need to fix the treads?

If you don't receive a quick response, just take one of the bolts to your local ACE and match it up. You'll probably have to go there anyway.
find someone around you that has a tap and die set.
Most sets come with a thread pitch gauge. use it to determine the threads per inch.
Then get a bottoming tap. Bottoming taps are not tapered, and thread the hole down to the end.
If you can't get someone you know to let you use their thread pitch bauge, take the fuel rail to a hardware store, and they can let you use one from a new kit.
