One more thing! When I pulled the gas cap off to fill it with some gas to see if that was the issue, I didn't get the normal WOOOSH of trapped fumes escaping.
On the fuel rail on the passenger side, there is a cap that is kind of hard to get to, it has a valve like a tire in it, you can screw a fuel pressure tesing gauge on it and see if it has approximately 40PSI when you turn on the key. A way to check for pressure, not necessarily for much pressure is to sort of surround the tap with a rag and touch the stem in the center with something as if letting the air out of a tire, be careful, fuel will spray a ways if you have pressure.
While you're standing at the rear of the car, have somebody cycle the ignition switch on for two second and off for twenty seconds, with the fuel cap off, you should hear the fuel pump whirring if not, either the pump is bad, relay is bad or you have a blown fuse.
I got it started and home, but I still sense an impending issue. I had my girlfriend turn the key on while I was at the back listening for the fuel pump, but I didn't hear anything. Now that it's home, I'll listen again and report back.
Edit: I let it sit a while, and now it starts right up. I did hear a whirr as if the fuel pump was starting, maybe the relay is starting to go bad?
