opti spark HELP!

opti spark HELP!
i have a 96 and have replaced the opti-spark and water pump but now the car wont even start i am going nuts ... i checked the plug wires and they all are correct and have spark... the car just wont start. the engine turns over but does not fire. any suggestions before i have to start over and tear down everything again?

well if you have spark, it seems like it must be a fuel problem. Have you chekced with a noid light to see if the fuel injectors are firing. Also check the fuel rail shrader valve just to see if it is loading with fuel and listen to the pump on initial start up in the KOEO position do you hear the pump priming. If not check the fuses relay etc
Also check the wiring harness to the opti to make sure it isnt corroded.

The fix...tear down and re-seat the opti correctly.
