Cam and head help
I have a 95 lt1 49000 orignal miles, could someone please look at this ad. http://sarasota.craigslist.org/pts/1882620684.html. Is this a good set up for my motor. What HP gains do you think I could get. Also are these a good quality set up? Thanks for any info. Also what questions should I ask the seller? Sorry for all the questions but I'm new to the mods game. I was thinking about getting the Heads, Cam, and roller rockers.

He has another ad with more Info, He says in the ad "I have a set of lt1 heads, 1995 heads the 374 heads more desirable ones for porting. They are gasket matched on intake an exhaust, they were recently freshened up. They have comp cams 986-16 duel valve springs with 10 degree locks an retainers. they have a few hours on them only. Along with these heads i have a comp cams cc306 cam (aka the 290hr) 230/244 540/576 112lsa with 1.6 rockers. Also have a stock intake to go with it. Im asking $400.00 for the heads cam an intake set up ready to be bolted on, i have 1.6 full roller rockers self aligning i can throw in for a extra $100.00". I called him and left a message.
Need to get some larger valves and serious porting or a better aftermarket head altogether to make it all work right. Port the beans out of the intake, too .
