Ok here is a supid question 
.... I am new to the vette world and I have a 1993 LT-1 40th. She run good better then my 400 hp 1978 trans-am anyways. OK here is the question I would like to know what gears are in it and what differental it has could any one tell me what they put in the 1993's or where and how I can find out... I would like to get some different gears for it.... thanks :flag

I assume its a 6 speed? If so I believe they are 3:45. You need to put in 4:10's :cheers:

there is an RPO code that will tell you what gear ratio you have
look for G92 or some other Gxx code and post it here, but since its an auto id guess you have either 2.59s or 3.07s. You wouldnt have anything better than 3.07s.
