Rear brake lockup?

Ok, I am not the most informed on brakes and their problems. What would cause my right rear brakes to lock up when I lean hard on the pedal? I know they are supposed to lock up if I hit em hard enough

, but the right rear is the only one locking up and it makes the car shimmy sideways something fierce!!!! Its an accident waiting to happen if you know what I mean. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Inspect the brakes for contamination, any brake fluid, grease, ect on the pads will make them grabby.

Jack it up and see if the wheel is dragging. There might be crud or corrosion on the caliper or pads keeping them from releasing fully.

is your car equipped with ABS, if so...you should not have any lock up.
